Student Union Help

Below are some of the services that the Liverpool John Moores University offer. These can be used along-side Moore Student Radio support or if you feel uncomfortable contacting Moore Student Radio wellbeing.

Student Advice + Wellbeing

“We are a dedicated and committed team providing direction, advice and guidance to our whole student community. We help with money matters, counselling, mental health and wellbeing, disability issues, international advice and sexual violence support amongst many other areas. In addition, we offer dedicated support to those who are care experienced or who care for others. We work within the city to secure accommodation for students and to ensure that they stay safe whilst out and about.

Safeguarding of students is of paramount importance to the university and this sits within Student Advice and Wellbeing. When students come to university they are classed as adults, but we are all human and from time to time, we all need support so occasionally, when our students need a little bit more, we are also the team that can provide that."
